Inviting, clean property and store. Helpful, pleasant counter staff. Repair service staff not available on weekends. Authorized dealer used UNauthorized part. Repairs need repairs.

I brought my Babylock Eclipse Serger in for the first-ever maintenance.

Two weeks later, I picked up my machine. Within days, finished the edges of a table cloth and napkins when my Babylock began rattling with horrible sounds. Back to the pleasant counter staff. A few days and it was ready again. Explanation was the cover for the bulb was disengaged. There was also a special screw replaced with one that did not fit. I paid for another maintenance and found that the $14.99 belt Aurora charged me for was a black rubbery belt with a slit in it ( A $2.00 value in new condition ). The metal rod that supports the machine carry handle was broken. The worn needle screws were not replaced. The wires between the switch and motor had been twisted together, no wire cap nor soldered.
