I have had two different forklifts serviced by this company. Most of their technicians go by the trial and error method, which runs the service price up by replacing things that do not correct the problem. The company apparently feels this is acceptable instead of hiring or teaching qualified technicians in the repair of different makes and models. My overall experiences are negative and I would recommend finding another company.
