Dave needs to learn some social skills. He was rude, abrasive, bad tempered and unhelpful. If you're open until 7pm you should be willing to help customers until 7pm. You may well have had a bad day but guess what? You're paid to help people. I would rather go to Walmart and get no customer service than go to Lightfoot Sherwin Williams and be barked at by bad tempered old man.
