I called to inquire about booking a reservation. My friends from college and I were looking for a hotel to stay in for a few days for a girls weekend. The manager was extremely rude when I asked about the minimum check in age (it's 25, my friends and I are about 20) because it varies. He asked me if I was "trying to cause problems" and when I inquired about possibly putting down a security deposit, he replied "why would I accept a security deposit?". He also became very creepy when he addressed me by name at the end of the phone call. I would not recommend staying here just based on this particular phone call. He was rude, unprofessional, and mean. Other hotel managers that I spoke with were very nice, even when they said that their check in age was 25. If this is the way he treats potential customers, I don't even want to know how he treats his employees and customers.
