Dr Park (Watanabe) is the only great dentist I've found in Lake Elsinore. Highly recommend him! The Cerec crown technology is awesome. Office staff was very friendly and the office was clean.

stay clear if this dentist office. The staff lies to cover their tracks they incorrectly bill insurance companies and if you get hurt in their office they are rude and write false accident reports to make it look like your fault.my husband opened their front door and the metal piece on top of the door fell hard on his head. Not only was he hurt they didn't even off a bag of ice We asked for their insurance information to get reinversed for our medical bills they refused to give it to us instead they sent us a letter refused further care. Do you think we were ever going to go back NOT. Lisa the office manager does not know what Hippa compliance is because she gave a company of the accident report to us with other patients information on it. Hmmm makes you wonder if your info is safe with this office not to mention your safety and health stay clear

As the poster below, Bear Creek is listed on my plan and upon viewing what the provide I decided to sign the family up. As below, it appears that when Dental work is actually done, it's good. (They will send you to other offices for some work) If you go in for a cleaning, more than likely if you're new, you'll get a fix before cleaning. You will walk out being told of all the work needing to be done and realize you never did get the cleaning.



Now, the down side. It's ALWAYS the up sale on anything they want to do. (I am so sick and tired of the Dental profession, they are getting a rep like a used car salesman) The Doctor recommends the porcelain crown for $1500. Well, my back tooth is more like a Hyundai then a Caddy, porcelain over metal is just fine for $50. Twice my Kids (Older) have paid for out of pocket cost and twice I have received a refund for overcharging.



It's an OK place, just be on top of what you are having done and what your insurance says you should pay.

went to Bear Creek Dental because they are a provider in my Guardian Dental HMO.

the office is nice, clean, etc... , but when it comes to the dental work, every single item listed in my plan coverage is just not enough, they will ALWAYS charge more than the plan co-pay, say that the level covered by the plan is insufficient, etc.

the actual dental work is good, but they have no business contracting with an insurance carrier if they are not willing to follow the stated rate plan.
