An hour before my friend's funeral, Teleflora emailed me that they would be unable to deliver (I'd ordered two days before) and I should "select an alternate delivery date." I called Wilbraham, with whom I'd never done business before (I live in another state), and they were able to have a beautiful arrangement there in less than an hour, thus saving the day. And they were a pleasure to deal with.
