Honestly, my opinion on carbanc is to never do business with them. They over charged me, screwed me with my warranty, and fake fixed my car so they didn't have to pay for a new transmission. My engine light and maintenance light have been on since October and has been in their shop multiple times but they still have yet to turn off. I've replaced parts on my own, had it fixed in their shop 3 times I believe, and I still do not feel safe driving the car. I've had it for 7 months, and shouldn't be having this many issues. I can't trade it off, because I still owe about $8,000 on a 2000 Honda Accord. After being charged about $10,000 in total for a 15 year old car. They waited until my warranty was up to do any major work on it, and now they're gonna tell me my transmission is going out so that I have to pay in full. Carbanc is full of liars, scammers, and downright jerks. I will never do business with them again.

I would never recommend anyone to buy from this used car dealership. They say to fax all information to them so they can have all paperwork done before you get there. When we arrive none of it has been done. They also tell you that you will get a $100.00 referral. They never have sent it to us and we have to remind them of it. We took our vehicle in for repairs before the 30 days were up and it took them all day to get one part put in and that did not fix it. So they tell us it needs a heater core and it would be done the next day. We call back and it is not done. The cars they send you home in is a piece of crap that has 5 lights showing on the dash that something is wrong. It was also in for leaking air around the doors and seals. They tell us if the little adjustment and glueing does not fix it there is nothing they can do about it. So on a note, never buy a vehicle from them till all things are fixed on it. Do not put money down or sign papers till everything is fixed. As we were there waiting on ours to get fixed someone else called in about there doors not being fixed right, as well as other issues not fixed yet. It seems they just want there cars to look good and not have satisfied customers. Got your money and sorry about your luck in my oppion. If you are reading this, go else where to buy. The best thing about the dealership is the lady in the loan dept.

The sales peoples knowledge and honesty are questionable, and this business completely lacks the capability to back up their standard warranties. It's no secret that Power Train warranties are strictly for the customers piece of mind, because 95% of the time the problem is something other than the transmission and engine block themselves. However, in my case I was in the 5% that it was. I have owned this car for 6 months now, but I have only had possession of it for 2, literally! Off and on it's been in their repair shop having the engine and transmission rebuilt/replaced multiple times. During this whole ordeal, I have been told when to expect the repairs to be done only to get a call doubling the expected time. Once I did get my vehicle back, it would be a matter of days (sometimes hours) that the same issues would come up again. My windshield has been broken twice while in Mike Steven Kia's care, and they only paid for it once. Now they are dropping the warranties on THEIR work.
