If I could give this place ZERO stars please, I would. The website says you must book birthday parties "48 hours" in advance. My daughter tried to book her son's party for Saturday after 2 p.m. She called AT 2 p.m. on a Thursday. That is 48 hours. They refused to book the party because they told her she had to call BEFORE 2 for a parry, even AFTER 2. They were very dismissive and treated us like we were too stupid to understand the time frame of "48 hours", when in reality, their online information is misleading.
