I went in the store not knowing exactly what type of flag to buy. The employees were so helpful. She explained all the benefits of each flag and why some quality of fabrics are better than others. Now I proundly fly my US flag in front of my home. I would have to say that customer service here is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure that I have everything I need.

I purchased a flag and noticed a week later that a thread was coming undone. So I took the flag and my receipt back to the store. They gave me a brand new flag (of course the same design) and it's been flying for three months now. It looks great! The quality is what keeps my coming back to this store.

The quality of the American Flags are awesome. They last for so long and fly beautifully. I highly recommend this store. Oh, and best of all they are made in the USA.

I just discovered that this store does online shipping. So I order a few flags for the holidays. So cute and great quality. I have now found my flag store!

I purchased a flag for my sister and when she got it, it was too small. So i went back to the store and they happily exchanged the flag for a larger one. Great cutomer service!!! You rarely find helpful employees anymore.

I have been going to The Flag Shop for over 10 years. I have a hard time driving so I always call in my order. They have the best quailty American made flags. And best of all they are made in the USA!!!
