bad phone customer service. my husband likes to shop here because we live in whitney but as far as my experience on the phone with their sales department, she just hung up the phone without even telling me then after calling back somebody else answered and told me i should call after 15 mins rudely. so i just ended up ordering the product "window security bars" online.

They always have what I need and if there is a odd item I need that they do not stock they will order it for me. I am a contractor that does business in there all the time I recommend them to everyone
