I called this company on Tuesday 12/3/2013 around 4:30 pm. 2196591348. A woman answered the phone , she was very disrespuctful, condescending and she hang up the phone many times. She was raising her voice to speak over me, and she was insulting to me with her language and her tone of voice. When I asked to speak to her boss , she said that she is the General manager so is nobody else I can speak to. She refused to tell me her name , but at some point she said that her name is Mary! Each time I called back she was placing me on hold and hang up!

All I wanted was to purchase some glass blocks for my shower, not to be abused and discriminated against, due to my accent! Terrible attitude! Don't recommend unless you want to spoil your day!

Not professional at all. Quality of work was poor; blocks were not strait, grout lines very uneven, and mortar was a different color than the grout. Owner and manager both refused to return and inspect the job. They are no longer returning my phone calls. I will never recommend this company.
