I ordered a headstone 2 years ago and there was no problems. Now I ordered another headstone and there are nothing but problems. I was promised delivery on 2 separate occasions and both were cancelled at the last minute causing me to throw away 2 days of waiting. Now I can't even get a delivery date AND I am owed a credit which never came, also. The stone has been sitting at Twin State for a couple of weeks now, and I paid for delivery which is not happening. They wait until they have other deliveries in an area before coming and I am only 10 miles away! But I am pushed down the list.
I do not recommend this company for anyone and I will never do business with them again. Maybe there was an ownership change? I can not believe the bad service. Beware.
