i brought in 3 pairs of shoes not knowing if they could be made shorter. my eyes were bigger than my balance-all the cute shoes have these crazy high heels-so when i tried to wear them out-i really could not keep my balance. john told me he could help me out and he did a fantastic job-in 1 day i had new shoes-and can finally walk! it was a pleasant interaction-he and his wife were very sweet
