I was working on a Spanish project and stopped by to ask questions... the waiter did not greet me, and the manager did not greet me as well. They actually both deliberately ignored me (other students had been in to ask questions). I can possible understand this behavior if they were busy and couldn't be bothered, but there was one table occupied in the entire restaurant. I love to eat out, and would have considered this establishment based on its atmosphere, but I will DEFINITELY not be going anytime in the future due to the extremely rude staff. I have never been treated this way, and would never treat anyone in such a manner having worked in food service for 10 years.
