Terrible store! For years they have had a poor, lovely rabbit kept in a tiny cage mistreated with overgrowing nails and inadequate care! Since people have found out Zap is being poorly looked after they have removed him but we do not know he is safe...PLEASE FREE ZAP. A large group of us are really worried he is being mistreated in the owners home now...just give him to someone who will give him a good life...I don't know how the owners can live with themselves and why they can't just give zap to someone who will love him? avoid this cruel store!! do not give money to these horrible people!!

Keeping that lovely rabbit, Zap only to raise more customers and money as they would visit Zap. Since people have found out Zap is being poorly looked after they have removed him...PLEASE FREE ZAP. A large group of are really worried he is being mistreated in the owners home now...just give him to someone who will give him a good life...I don't know how the owners can live with themselves and why they can't just give zap to someone who will love him? he is a beautiful creature who can feel and sense pain...give him a proper home!! It's quite funny the store want to keep zap to make money because whilst doing so they are damaging their business with this bad press... avoid this cruel store!! do not give money to these horrible people!!

Had heard I could find a good selection of products for my fur babies so I decided to stop by. Inside they have an empty cage where evidently they used to keep a “show rabbit” from their breeding days. As a pet owner myself, I don’t see how a responsible shop owner much less a breeder could keep a small animal caged in such conditions. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately , I am not in the area of this business, but I have 8 contacts who are local to the business, and have related what these so-called experts are doing to a little 4 year old rabbit. It has been discovered by a local woman , that this rabbit is basically a prisoner, to be used as a toy by customers ,who may want to pet it, as a ruse to get more sales . This is totally unacceptable behavior in a world so full of these cheap tricks to gain money...I can't let such a sad situation go without supporting my friends in the area who are showing bravery and compassion to help free this little rabbit and guarantee that this business doesn't do this to just another animal.

This place does not properly take care of its animals. There is a rabbit that is caged 24/7, no attention, no freedom. Will not allow customers to pet or help him. He is being ignored and this bunny needs someones help. This place is not fit to have animals.
