We had a tabletop that was damaged during shipping. When we took it in, Mr. Leimbach said it would take three weeks. That time came and went, and no word. Two weeks later I called, was very nice, and was told it would be two more weeks. That time came and went, and no word. The next week I called, told Barb and Alan Leimbach that I was upset and I would like a discount. Liembach said that because I was asking for a discount, I was "threatening" him. He then proceeeded to give me an arrogant (and irrelevant, in my opinion) lecture about the high quality of his work, wouldn't let me talk, and hung up on me.###He had the tabletop in his workshop for EIGHT WEEKS and hadn't even started on it, and neither he nor Barb bothered to call me to keep in touch.###We took the work to Refinishers in Golden, CO, they did an excellent job, charged far less that Leimbach does, and had it finished in four business days.
