Reserved a rental truck for a time sensitive move 2 weeks in advanced. Went to pick up the budget truck and was informed they didn't have the truck. Was told to call the budget truck customer service line whom told us they would work on finding us another truck. We were informed they would get back to us in 15 minutes to 2 hours. When we called for an update they rudely told us they dont do updates and it could take up to 2 hours. Not having the time to waste to still maybe not have a truck we cancelled and ordered a Uhaul. Uhaul got us to a location with a truck in ten minutes. All in all lost about 3-4 hours of planned moving time. Dont waste your time order a Uhaul. Gas station attendent at this location told us it wasnt his problem
