HORRIBLE SERVICE

Car wash blower broken, should have left a out of order notice so cst are beware... Sitting in the bay while nobody come help. Google number, called vm full... Great, didn't want to get out the car being in 2nd trimester with an infant in car plus a 3 years old. Pull up got out the car go inside cashier ( oh i don't know I only work here, IF U CAN PAY, u represent the company the least u could do is apologies on co's behalf?! Call the owner ( tell the gas attendence to dry it) the attendence said that's not my job... Dig out a dirty cloth on the floor w/ Attitude saying THIS is doing me a favor... No thanks. U gonna use a dirty rag to dry my 63k car??? I told the cashier just give me refund back in taking the car so where else cz door, window n trunk will freeze if not dry. JUST HORRIBLE SEERVICE N MANAGMENT
