I've had five Saab's (or was it six?) since 1985 and have had most of my service work done at Wright Saab. Over the years, the service department has been charging higher and higher prices for their work. The final blow was yesterday when I was charged a "diagnostic fee" to determine the cause of a warning light. Now I've seen what has to be done to diagnose a warning light. The technician hooks up a hand-help device to my car and reads a computer code. For this, they charged me NINTY DOLLARS. I think that's outrageous, but there's not much I can do - except to pay the bill, post this review, and enjoy driving my new Toyota!!!
