The last script I called in, they gave me a quarter of the amount I was prescribed, without even informing me. When I called for my refill, which was supposed to be ready the following day, it was never processed and four days went by and they never called me to tell me it was ready for pick up . And when I finally went to pick it up they told me there was a problem with the prescription and they couldn't fill it . Which makes absolutely no sense in since they filled the first one. I had the prescription sent to The CVS on Maple Avenue and they filled that within an hour.

Everytime I go to this location, there's an unhappy customer Complaining. I now know why. There is a problem with management . Unfortunately I live in Wethersfield and that is the only 24 hour CVS around now that the one in Hartford closed , so I go to this location for convenience except every time I go there is a problem with my prescription there is poor customer service or I have to wait and obscenely long time in line . I found the girl that I last spoke to extremely rude and unapologetic . Very poor customer service .

called to tranfer my persription from next at walgreens. less than a 2 minute process.they have a customer for life.

I am a state employee who takes a maintenance drug which, under the new SEBAC agreement, must be filled by mail order or by a participating pharmacy. I called CVS and spoke to the pharmacist, who asked for my name, address, date of birth and current pharmacy. Voila! CVS does the rest and my refills will be ready by 5pm.

Awesome pharmacy. The pharmacy manager Jenn is the best. She is super polite and always willing to go out of her way to help.
