Automated car wash itself works nicely most of the time. However, the same can't be said about the staff. They are a bunch of young arrogant guys who could care less what the customers think.
The hours are posted above each lane of the car wash but good luck being able to enter the car wash (orange cones blocking lanes) in less than 15 to 30 minutes after the posted open time. Also whatever time they are scheduled to close, they start pulling all of the vacuum hoses about 30 minutes before they close. You know so they can leave at the exact minute the car wash is scheduled to close. Forget about taking care of your customers, what was I thinking. And finally, they stack the cars WAY TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. They need to hold a few more feet between vehicles, because they cram the cars so close together that when you're coming out of the dryer you have no choice but gas it quickly or the automated track will push the vehicle behind you into your bumper.
