Charged extra for mistakes they made and had to fix. Now refusing to come back to fix further problems in which they caused without charging even more. He is ignoring calls and messages. I will now have to hire someone to fix the problems in which he is responsible for... Bad temperament and unprofessional.

I have had Mr. Murphy a few times to do different jobs and have always been completely happy with his work. I especially admire him for being honest. I had a plumber before that tore my wall out looking to find the drip sound behind it and failed. Jim came for another situation I had and I told him about the drip noise, he told me it is just in the pipe and it happens in many old homes. Here if I had called Jim about that noise, my wall would not have been tore out. If you are looking for a honest person who is reliable and superior in his work, also reasonable priced then you want Jim Murphy!!!
