If you need your product serviced in a timely manner this is not the place to call. I purchased a Heat n Glo fireplace insert 3 years ago. I have had issues with the product from the beginning. They have been out numerous times and the problem has never been fixed. Basically the unit won't light when it is cold out. This is not a good problem for a fireplace.

A year ago I called to have someone come out an look at the unit. I was told it would be about a month before someone could come out. It turns out their service person quit. I called back a month later and they apologized and someone would be out soon. I never heard back from them again. About a week ago I emailed them and the manufacturer explaining the situation again and asked for a response to help resolve the situation. I have never heard back from either one.

If the store or the supplier can't stand behind their products, get them to work, or at least respond to a customer who spent many thousands on their product, they should not be in business.
