I went in to find some tile for a small project. I took some samples with me from the Westminster store and my customer chose the one she wanted. When I went back to the store on Saturday, they were out of the tile she selected. The store found more of the tile at the Lakewood office, so they called the Lakewood store and talked to a person who said he would bring the tile from Lakewood to Westminster the following day. The Westminster store said they would let me know as soon as the tile arrived. Towards the end of the day on Sunday I finally called and found out the tile had not been delivered and the guy who was supposed to deliver it was not working on Sunday. So I got the same story I got the day before - they said someone would deliver it to the store the following day as soon as possible. I said, that is what I was told before, will it really happen this time? On Monday I called at 11:30 and was told the guy who was delivering the tile had not arrived at the store and would not be there until noon. I have very little faith in this store now, and will probably not shop there again. They have great products, but terrible customer service. Just like someone said in another review, they sense of urgency is non existent. And I'm sure the fact that I only was getting 4 sheets of tile made them not give a crap when it showed up. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of giving a damn about their customers.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Placed an order for our bathroom. Was going to do our kitchen with them. Not now. Customer service and sense of urgency is non existent. It was like I was doing them a favor for shopping there. Spend your $ elsewhere!
