Last year we rode down with our Longmont Baseball league team, the driver was amazing, not only kind but prompt! We can wait to go down with our teams Mike Nelson and Silverlane technologies on Sunday!!

Booked a limo/party bus for my daughters 15th birthday and it was everything they said it would be.bus looked brand new and the interior was like a night club it had lights everywhere
The kids told me it was so much fun and the driver was very nice to them

I was a little overwhelmed when my daughter decided she wanted a Birthday in the mountains with all other friends.... how would we get them all there? After doing some research and calling a variety of companies we decided to use Sunset. From the moment I called they were so nice and professional. I felt like they really wanted my business and wanted to truly help my daughter have a special day. Darren even had a few suggestions I never even thought about! We ended up using a beautiful white shuttle bus. This bus was huge! Plenty of room for parents, kids, and all the coats etc. Couldn't have asked for a better driver. Thanks Adan! We will be sure to use Sunset anytime we need transportation!

It's a nice place cars are neat and chauffeurs are awesome and it's a wonderful place to rent a limo.

We rented a escalade limousine for our daughters birthday from sunset limousines . And the service and limousine where exceptional from start to finish.

Awesome service, awesome trip, and awesome driver! I booked with Sunset Limos for 3 couples to go see Fleetwood Mac at the Pepsi Center. I live in Castle Rock and the driver was right on time and for Friday night traffic that alone was an accomplishment. One couple was running a little late so our driver Denise took my boys for a ride around our neighborhood and treated them like kings! They had a blast and made their night. Our trip from Castle Rock to the Pepsi Center was fantastic, the beverages were nice and cold, glasses were clean and ready, the lights in the limo were really cool and easy to operate, and we were able to connect our cell phones right to the stereo system so we could play our own music. Denise was fantastic and you could tell she really loved what she does and was excited to be our driver for the night. Once the show was over, she was already waiting for us with a smile and the doors open! What a great experience, I wont use anyone else but Sunset Limos from now on!

DON'T call this poor excuse for a "business"!



I'd post the definition of customer service, but I'm certain that they wouldn't understand what it means.



Close to an hour late--2 days in a row, nasty limo with fruit flies, trash, and dirty glasses.



Also...contract? What contract? Oh, the one we agreed on, stating you will provide liquor, mixers, ice, and more. The only thing they provided was a stinky, trash filled limo with flies.



These guys are a joke! Don't waste your money or time!



Good customer service also means recovering from your mistakes, yet no one took responsibility for the lack of service, and they're so disorganized that no one showed up to take us home at 2am.

Here's my experience with this company in a nut shell.. Used them for our wedding. We wanted to transport our entire wedding party by party bus from hotel to church then back. It was late July, and there was NO A/C!!! The driver just gave us a shrug and said that it was working, but it didn't work as well when we were stopped at stoplights.. Really?? In what universe does that make sense?? When he went to turn up the A/C, after we insisted, it blasted HOT air. He finally acknowledged that it wasn't working, but did nothing to help change this situation. Totally worthless. The sound system was a wreck too. No matter how low or high the sound system was set, the music rattled and was static. When we addressed this with the drive he simply shrugged and told us it must be broken. He could have cared less. We ended up just telling him to turn the thing off. We made the best of it, but were really disappointed by this company. This company is busted. There is NO excuse in sending a customer a broken product. It was such a happy day that we just let it roll off our backs. It just wasn't worth it to us to ruin our great day. I urge anyone looking for a party bus or limo company to book someone other than Sunset. Don't say I didn't warn you!

We used Sunset for our Bachelor party I would give them 0 stars if possible. The driver was 1 hour late, when I tried calling to see what was up the guy on the phone was a %^&*^$ I could not believe what a 180 they did at first were cool then switched on me. The party bus arrives and its a old excursion limo and it was filthy inside like someone just got done partying in it, none of the beverages promised were provided and the driver had no idea what type of event it was. Horrible service and no party bus but they charged me full price and some how a additional $340.00 Stay clear of these dudes!
