We came to this office due to a problem that had happened with our state taxes from another H&R Block office located off of Federal. We were highly pleased with how fast our problem was resolved. A big thanks to Kathleen Lewis for resolving our issue! She took the time to figure out had happened and made it very clear to us what had went wrong, we will now be going to this office next year for our taxes. We feel very comfortable knowing we can talk to someone who knows what their doing. Thanks
