I have an old Kia van that I need for my business. Out of the blue, the tranny stops working. I have CarCredit and that was the only way I was going to be able to fix this car. I called and talked to the owner, Jim from Christian Brother Automotive in Broomfield off Churchranch. He said he doesn't have CarCredit but come in and he would see what he could do. The reception room is incredibly clean, welcoming and quiet and the men working are all knowledgeable, clean, polite and professional. The owner came out to discuss things with me and went out of his way to even set up a merchant CarCredit account so I could get help. This man literally saved my business right before the holidays!. And, the tranny was fixed ahead of time. He also demonstrated the work done and that needed to be done on a computer generated virtual demo program, so I could visually see what he was talking about. They caught other things that needed to be done but did not pressure me into fixing the problems. And, they were even kind enough to top off my radiator fluid. The do not make me feel stupid for asking questions. My car was also left clean inside-some places place floor papers on the floor to prevent making your car dirty but don't take them out. All I can say is the owner and his crew were kind, professional, got the work done when they said they would, go above and beyond what they are required and are not pushing sales on people.
