DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF IT'S LOCATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

DONT BUY FROM COMPANY!!!!! I bought a refrigerator with extended warranty($590.67) from the Westminster, Co location, thought it was a good deal, WRONG. I live in the mountains(Bailey) so delivery was not an option. So I picked it up and installed it, it worked fine for about a week then it started to make noise like the compressor was going out, called and Dave Freeman(store manager) he said since I didn't have it delivered that if I wanted it fixed I would have to bring it back to get repaired or replaced, that was what warranty said. So me and wife tried to live with noise, not easy to bring back like a pair of shoes. A month later it would not hold constant temp, then one day, we came home and it wasn't working, lost $150 on food. So Called Dave told him I was going to bring it for exchange the next day, he told me he had NO MORE used fridge's because there company had taken them to train a group of new repair technicians, if I wanted it fixed, it would take up to a week, plus I had to bring it down. That was not acceptable, we cant go weeks without a fridge, so he told me he was going to call the other locations and try to find me a fridge and he would call me back. I waited all day no call, finally at 4:45pm I called him to ask him if he had found one. At first he said no, then as we were talking he received a call ask me to hold, the Parker location had one that they could replace it with, sweet I thought. I loaded up the fridge and drove down to Parker, CO location. I was there as soon as they opened Scott Johnson(store manager) had known I was coming had the fridge plugged in over night, he pulled out a frozen water bottle out of freezer, I listened to it sounded fine. I was relived after the first experience with the first fridge, made sure warranty transferred over and he did the exchange. I brought it home installed it and it worked fine, this was on Sat. 8/3. The next week I had to have ACL surgery on Thursday 8/8, so on Wednesday the night before we stayed at grandparents so they could watch my 2 year old in morning(surgery was 6:00am) that night we stayed at there house again because I had post op appointment and physical therapy in Denver and they live closer to post op location. We got home Friday night and what do you know, the second fridge wasn't working, the freezer was still working and ice maker full of ice but no cold air going to fridge, ANOTHER $150 WORTH FOOD LOST! I called Scott the manager that replaced the fridge on Sat. 8/10 and left a message(he was nicer to deal with than Dave), but still haven't received a call back as of 8/14. On Sat. 8/10 my wife also called the "President's Hotline". My father came over looked at it cleaned out the coils and we unplugged it for a couple hours, we plugged it back in and it started to work again or so we thought. We left it alone till Sun 8/11 in morning went to check it and the freezer was working but fridge wasn't. Mon 8/12 my wife got a call back, the lady took down the info said she would call back with "options", she got no call back. That night she call again and left another message. Tues. 8/13 wife received a call back from a different person he got info said would call back in evening with "options", never called back. Wife called again that night left another message. Today 8/14 she got a call from Brand Source Service and Repair they got info said they call back by noon, NO CALL BACK. Wife called again and no answer, left message again. It seems like they wont help us because we live in mountains (Bailey). So I had to call another repair man $70 service fee, then he found out it was the defrost control/circuit board around $150 in parts + $80 hr labor. Still don't have fixed yet. Hoping Affordable Used Appliance will make it right, ha. So far 590.67 f...

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Bought a used washer and dryer, picked randomly from all that was available. Drove them home, hooked them up and neither worked. When we called they asked us to give them a couple of days and they would find a great set to exchange and make it right. After 3 days we finally went down to the store and was shown a beat up set at least ten years older than the broken set we already had or a set for another hundred bucks. No way I was spending another dime in their store and just asked for my money back. Was informed since I had paid CASH I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a check to be mailed to us from their corporate office. When we finally were able to contact the corporate office, we were told they don't usually give refunds and we should feel lucky we were getting our money back! Could not believe the complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I will never ever buy anything from these shady people

ll Excellent Service & Great Prices ll

Dave hooked us with an awesome deal on a used washer and dryer. He came down on the original price, and gave us a deal that fit our budget. I highly recommend these guys, and will be telling everyone to go there for quality appliances without the high price tag. HL

Great service, great prices!

I had shopped for a fridge on Craigslist and got the "short end of the stick" when I got it home and it only worked for a few days! So I shopped around and found these guys (A Affordable Appliances) on Dexknows and they got me another fridge that has been going strong and the price was great too. Dave was very helpful and made sure I got what I needed. Thanks for everything, MC
