Today I went to the office of Dr Murray, not feeling well I do acknowledge I was late. The actual appointment was for 1:30 however I was suppose to arrive at 1:00 pm with my paperwork, I arrived at 1:37 without the paperwork (my fault), I did travel one hour to see the doctor. So the arrogant little receptionist behind the desk trying to be the "boss" not friendly at all and speaking to me as if I were a child, (I'm 55 years young ) tells me well since you were late and you don't have your paperwork I'll have to check with the doctor to see if she can see you, well of course since I was late and didn't have the paperwork the doctor couldn't see me. The office was empty and mind you think of how long doctors have you sitting and waiting. Very poor customer service I will never attempt to go to see that doctor and I will never recommend her. What a shame! No reasonable accommodation or understanding, I needed to see the doctor.

RIPPED OFF FOR BOTOX! DO NOT GO HERE FOR COSMETIC INJECTIONS! I went several times and each time the staff would quote me a different price for the SAME amount of botox every time (which was supposed to be $10 per unit). On top of the constant price changes, the botox took over 2 weeks to show results AND completely wore off within a month. The doctors told me this was normal and since I had never had botox, I kept going back for additional treatments. For the record, I am under 30 and my wrinkles were NOT deep set.



Well, imagine my suprise when I got fed up with the price changing and I finally went somewhere else. I mean, how hard is it? x amount of units @ $10 =$250, right? Well, not here. They literally had to void their charges on 3 seperate occassions to charge me the proper amount. The doctor who gave me botox at the new clinic said that Dr. Murray and her partner were DILUTING THE BOTOX WAY TOO MUCH! Ripping me off even more! My treatment at the new place showed within 3 days and has lasted over 4 months. DO NOT GO TO THIS RUN DOWN DINGY PLACE - ITS A RIP OFF,
