MJR 16 in Westland is a great theater if you're looking for a positive viewing experience. The theater is well-maintained, staff seems pleasant, and cost is affordable [especially compared to its competition]. MJR offers benefits for returning customers via an MJR Rewards Card- the card has the potential to earn you free movie tickets, concession, etc. I recommend!

The theater is new, so everything is clean and in good repair. The seats are also comfortable. There seems to be a lack of options at the concession stand, but I honestly didn't get a good look.



However, even though I went to the theater on a cool day, the air conditioning was cranked. I asked if the temperature could be turned up in our theater, and they said yes. However, I can't believe this was done. I spent the entire movie trying to stay warm. When the movie was over, my boyfriend said, "Let's get out of here before we freeze." And then he declared that we wouldn't be going back to this theater again.

I like the theater, enjoy watching movies, especially in 3D, eating popcorn...The staff is good, the theater is clean. I like it! I wish there were more different movies.
