The "track" is a setup for somebody to get hurt...but my son can handle his own so that wasn't a deal breaker. However I have 0 tolerance for poor customer service and bad business. The check-in staff misled me about their Laser Tag(never got to play) and then lied straight to my face when I called her on it. And the manager was no help. I'll definitely be going right back across the street to Fun 4 Us!

Very rude staff cheap toys games were all broken toys dirty found condum. In bathroom over all a nasty dirty rude place to go

This place is awesome. I've been there 6 times now with my kids. They can run and play, and I can relax and watch them. There are so many things for them to do there! The prices for snacks and pop are good, and you can order in a Domino pizza if you want. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there are anti-bacterial sprays and soaps everywhere. I look forward to going again this afternoon! Mmmm, free wifi!

The worst place ever no filtered water. They dont tell you that until you get there,water not included in party package,staff attitude is horrible,$10 extra if you want a hostess for the party. The manager was not helpful at all. Dont waste your money all they care about is getting your money. If you need extra plates you have to buy them. I rate this place a big fat zero. overall rating 0

i was there for my neice's birthday party, the place in general is great but the attitude of the manager (blonde lady) is really terrible, we were about 7 families and all of them said that they will never visit this place again. This lady looks like she doesn't want business. She is not proffessional at all. If you want to plan a party there be prepared that someone there might kick you out or yell at you. ��������
