0 stars. The front office staff is very rude. I think Kristen is racist against Hispanic origin. When expressed my concerns about her, her attitude did change but it was fake which is more uncomfortable. I paid about 18k for Veneers that look absolutely horrible I am so upset. I have huge spaces one right up front and big ugly teeth. One of veneers Upfront is not completely covering the tooth, it is too small I don't think the doctor even expected this. Dr Eben suggested the size and shape of my teeth. I had felt pressured to agree with him, since he is the professional. I have been picked on my entire childhood because of my teeth. I thought finally I could have a smile to be proud of. But it's been a nightmare. Dr Eben says he will replace them. I had them done over a month ago but I really do not trust them. I have anxiety thinking about going there. Finally I did make the appointment which is 2 hours, unexpectedly my mother struck deathly ill the night before. When I sent a email to cancel the appointment I received a reply stating "I suggest you keep the appointment because it would be hard to fill". Of course I didn't even respond my mother was my priority and figured I would handle this later. Weeks later I requested a appointment and Told that I cannot make a 2 hour appt. and I would have to call in the same day when coming to check if there is a appt. available. I'm upset and asked Dr Eben to call me. Eben said that it was policy. He said this was the second time I had canceled. When I ask when I missed the first one, it was the consultation before I became his patoent. Dr Eben agreed to make my appt. to replace my veneers he knew I was very upset them. The next day he questioned my review and told me to sign a confidential letter to protect his staff. When I read it, it was basically a threat if I made a negative review I would have to pay them 20k. Threatening the people who want to let others know the truth about Westlake Smile Design is not ethical.

Very relaxing experience. Everyone in the office are informative and nice.

I had a great time while getting my teeth cleaned. Everyone in the office are informed and informative about what is going to happen while there. Dr.Eben is very nice and Jasmine was great. Go see for yourself!

I've always been nervous about going to the dentist, especially if I knew the visit would involve some type of drilling into my teeth. It just terrifies me, and because of that I have postponed many treatments until there was no avoiding them. Thank god I found this dental office. Dr. Hakimi offers something called sedation dentistry. He talked to me about the different options and we decided to start with nitrous oxide fist. It really calmed me down during the treatment, which was the specially terrifying root canal. It really helped! I will forever be thankful to Dr. Hakimi.

All of my family goes to Westlake Smile design. My two daughters visit Dr. Hakimi and my wife and I visit Dr. Eben. Both of them are really good dentists, and they have done excellent work on our teeth. We are very grateful to them and their staff because they are always very concerned about our dental and overall health. The office is conveniently located and has a great atmosphere.
