My experience was great, the remodel of the facility look wonderful. No recommendation as always my expectations was far exceeded. Dr. Chow with you and your staff is always a pleasure. Can't imagine what I did before.

They are a very friendly office staff. Visit was positive and like the attitude of everyone there. Due to not having dental insurance probably need to only do cleaning every 6 months and not every 4 months.

Laura, as always, is gentle, careful, perfectionist, calming, professional, and consistent. I always enjoy my visits with her.

I had a wonderful overall experience. Everyone in this office performs their jobs well and take the time to make you at ease and comfortable. I have a fear of dentists and Dr. Chow and his office made my experience as pleasant as it could be. I would recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a new dentist or is new to Ventura county.

I feel everyone, from the front desk, to the x-ray tech, to Barbara who cleaned my teeth and especially Dr. Chow were simply terrific, professional and they all made me feel special.

Professional from the time you step into their office until you're out. Everything is explained and you are given the choice of what you would like to get done. I'm 71 and got Invisalign recently. Vain? No. I had trouble chewing and they suggested Invisalign. They are so comfortable that I often forget to remove them before eating. Great job. I would recommend which I seldom do.

Thank you for addressing the decalcification spot on my tooth when you were working on my front filling. I like your state of the art training and equipment, but I love that you use them to the fullest and are always going the "extra mile" to take care of me. You are the best!

Dr. Chow and his staff are polite, informative, and caring. They take the time to listen to their patients' questions and concerns. I recently had restorative work done on two teeth. The procedure went very well and was painless. Dr. Chow worked with the utmost care and skill. I highly recommend his dental practice for your future needs.

As always great experience with staff and dr. Chow making sure that I was comfortable. With by fear of the dentist getting worse as the procedures get my complicated and more painful. They always make sure that I am not in any pain. I get relaxants if needed and gas for the more difficult procedures . They are the best I have ever worked with, and will not change unless he retires.

The hygienist, was so caring because I have sensitive teeth and was very anxious. She was so patient and did not hurt me at all. She even got me covering because I got cold! She made the whole experience a pleasure! Thanks
