I applied for a pretty good visa credit card. It was approved. Usually that is "the end" and you get a card easy to validate. But...with this bank...I got a phone call at 8AM with a guy saying that "this is the fraud department. You need to prove who you are by sending us your drivers license, proof of your social security number..and a copy of a utility bill before we can let you use the card.". So, I sent them by email the above 3 items..but I wasn't happy about the interruption in my day. A few days later after sending the required stuff...I received ANOTHER PHONE CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING! "We can't read some of the material you sent...you need to TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH of the items and send them again." Wow, I had to do it AGAIN??? This calling and demanding "proof" to me seemed like harrassment. NO OTHER CREDIT CARD COMPANY DOES THIS. So I told them to "forget the card...I do not want to reward a company that harrasses its customers."

I would like to give zero stars. This bank closed our account and our online payments vsndvtefused to send a physical bill do we have to drive 50 miles to Westlake. Oh and btw we were afraid of identity theft that's why we had an alert in the first place. Worst bank ever!!!
