This company has horrible customer service and they broke our vacuum when we had it cleaned. I strongly recommend NOT using this company.
Their lack of telling the truth, kindness, and integrity is astounding!

I own a 1979 Filter Queen that needed a new belt. I went in and purchased what I needed and they also tested my motor to ensure it was running well. The gentleman helping me was courteous and informative. I LOVE that they sell a line of vacuums that are manufactured here in the US (Raccar/Simplicity). I'm going to be telling my friends to make this their go to shop for repairs and vacuum purchases.

We have a 20 yr old Riccar. It stopped working. We dropped it off. We thought we would need to buy a new vacuum. They took a look at it...just a few loose wires. We didn't need a new vacuum today. They could have told us it was ruined. But they were honest and repaired for $20. When the old vac is replaced we will definitely go there to purchase. Very knowledgeable and kind...
