This store and the Sunbury stores have been my favorites; however, the Westerville store has gone through a lot of updates/changes and the stock is much less than what it used to be. Book selection has dwindled as well. Shelves are open, when they used to be filled all the time. I can usually find something nearly every time I stop in. Well worth the trip - the staff has always been kind and helpful. :)
