At one time I considered this to be the nicest pet store I've ever seen.... No more. What was once a wonderful place to find rare exotic animals and fish that were well maintained and taken care of is now a sad shadow of it's former self. A good majority of the store is torn apart for some reason and more than half of the tanks have several dead or diseased fish in them. I was absolutely disgusted at how the fish and animals were treated here and I would never return. They must have new owners or something, because I never in a million years would have expected such a rapid decline of something that was once so great. I'd rather buy fish at Wal-Mart.

I visit this place frequently with my kids "just to look". There is never any pressure from the sales staff- always friendly and willing to answer questions. They have even talked me out of a couple of pets which would not have been the best choice for my children's ages. Always clean. I would rather wait for them to get what I want in stock than go to the larger chain stores- I know the animals are handled frequently and will have better temperments as well as being properly cared for.

They take care of their animals, and they live a long time, a great pet shop
