This office is a joke! I can't believe they manage anything, let a lone people's pain. The reception staff are the rudest people I have ever met. I sat in the waiting area listening to them talk out loud about patient's as they came and went and their drug problems. Then I sat in the exam room for an hour and a half. When Dr Grange finally came in, in total disoray dirty pants, shirt missing buttons, dirty lab coat I could hardly believe this man was a doctor. Same routine as always offered me medications I was allergic to of course this was probably not his fault. The m.a.'s only had 10 years to get the red alert labels on my chart. Offered me the same medication's we had discussed that did not work for me for the past 5 years. Today is the end of January do I dare ask again if they have my results from the x-rays they sent me for in October? Then Dr. Grange proceeds to write me duplicate narcotic prescriptions that I have waiting to fill at the pharmacy from my last visit and my problem is not resolved again. I leave the office at twelve noon my appointment time 9:00. This folks is the honest truth, not one thing is exaggerated. I leave the office in tears. Medicaid pays for a wasted visit and this man remains in practice.

I had the pleasure of going to Dr. Grange for the first time yesterday, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a Dr. He was very thorough and concerned, and went over all my medical problems, with the up most care. He worked with my insurance as they would not pay for the medication he is trying me on to help with my degenerative arthritis and also my other bone and pain problems. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns, and I felt like I was the only patient he had that day as he took his time and made sure, the new meds would work and if not the side effects etc. He only gave me a weeks worth to see which ones worked or which had side effect on me.I will be happily returning and am going to make him my pain and Arthritis specialty Dr. from now on while keeping my current Internal Dr. for everything else. I would definitely, recommend him to anyone who wants a kind,caring, very competent Dr. Who listens and truly cares.Thank You Dr. Grange,See you next week!
