If I could give this a negative review I would.
We came in at a quiet evening. The waitress, Abigai, started with a negative attitude from the beginning. She questioned our ID's; one was a different state and one was a government issued ID. Then she brought our food and didn't have the odacity to check on us for about 20 mins later, she couldn't refill our drinks, couldn't ask us how our food was. The entire staff was missing from the floor for like 10+ minutes at a time. Even after I spoke to the manager Dennis, he didn't know how to deal with what I had just explained to him. He instead gave me 2 ($10) gift cards that I can't even use together. I am a huge fan of Applebee's, but I will not go back to this restaurant's location and definitely don't recommend it. Go to other locations. They obviously don't know customer service.
