complaint's to wal-mart fall on deaf ear's, once they have your $ they don't care if you ever come back. they prove that also by not being able to reach a regional manager! how am i supposed to know whether the person i'm talking to on the phone isn't the very person i was calling to complain about! IF anyone care's about , umm i don't know; BONUSES perhap's you'll check into this situation because management at the west union store is taking MONEY right out of your pocket! the store manager didn't care where i spent my 1,500.00, it wasn't any money out of his pocket. not to mention this is the 2 nd tv i've bought there within the last year, and both time's the tv we wanted wasn;t in stock, how convenient. sound's like the ol bait & switch if you ask me ( i thought that was illegal ). i mean if anyone at wal-mart is concerned about future business, then someone should contact me at my e-mail address, otherwise i guess 10 more miles to get groceries a month is not that big of a deal.i guess if groceries were the only thing i was buying there i wouldn't be too concerned with losing a customer either. all i know ; mo matter how big a company is, when you go treating customer's like that they tend to find other place's to shop!!! the one thing about all of it is, it's all right there on your surveillance equipment! the customer is alway's right!

i have tryed take prepaid cellphone cards back because they didnt scan them to get the money on them and when i did they said they cant do anything about them since the cards been scratched off so i went back the next day and customer service scan them and the computer showed that the money was still on them
