This is the worst town fair tire I have ever been to....and I'm a pretty patient individual. I had an appointment at 3pm and I waited waited 3 hours for my car to even be seen...for an adjustment! When I asked what was going on the front desk people were completely rude to me saying they were so backed up with walk-ins while the people who have appointments are stuck waiting 4-5 hours for their car. Here's a suggestion...DONT TAKE SO MANY WALKINS. I will never ever ever be back here ever again.

this place is unbelievable and not in a good way. They manage to mess up the tire pressure every time i get an alignment or a tire rotation done. They don't care about return customer. They refuse to train the staff. They are lazy and rude - they wouldn't read the clear specs so set the tire pressure correctly. Every time I've been there (5+) I had to return to come back and have someone else set the pressure correctly. They are rude on the phone and won't admit they didn't do a good job. They are also NOT interested at all in making the customer happy after the messed up. I bought a couple of sets of tires from them but after so many bad experiences I will pay more elsewhere rather than come back to this place. My tip to all - do yourself a favor and stay away.
