My family have been patients of Eye Care West since 1995. Paul, the owner, has always gone out of his way to work within my budget, explain our options and provide quality glasses. I would highly recommend them!

This place was helpful at first but no longer returns calls. nothing but problems with this place now.

We have been there for glasses for our son very patient dealing with what we need but screwed up order on us twice first was a couple years back Paul got it corrected this last time screwed up told us he would make it right never a called us or would return our calls when we went to find out what was happening they had done nothing to correct the problem told again that it would get fixed now 2 months later no calls or return calls

I have been going to Eye Care West for 5 years now and they have always gone out of their way to help me get my glasses through insurance, repairing frames that little hands damage and keeping my prescription current with reminders that appointments aren't far away. Although the store is small there are a wide variety of frames and lens to choose from and the staff are all very knowledgeable.

Friendly office staff, able to answer questions regarding my insurance. Glasses arrived sooner than expected! Highly recommended!

There was a problem with one of the office staff but Paul promptly fixed it and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.
