On 11/9/15 we purchased a custom cabinet and vanity and were told it would take 4 weeks. Mike Cole seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. On 12/3/15 we were told it would be an additional 4 weeks until the cabinet would be in. After waiting 8 weeks+ and multiple phone calls, text and emails we were then told the countertop did not fit cabinet. We never received compensation or even a sincere apology. When the cabinet and vanity arrived on January 15, 2016 the vanity top did not correctly sit on the cabinet. We were told by the delivery person, Chris that we could pay via cash, check or call Mike later on in the day to pay via credit card. There were days we received no phone calls, no solutions, but no sooner than 10 minutes later received a callus, abrupt and borderline cold voicemail saying they had paid for the material and “we need to get paid” We never had a issue with paying and did pay for the item that day. There are delays and mistakes. However, a sincere apology, recognition for the fault, and professionalism goes a long way. I will not use or recommend Competitive Kitchen Designs.

Shopped around for good prices and an experienced kitchen planner and Competitive had both. My husband installed the kitchen himself and everything came in as ordered and was a perfect fit. Love my kitchen and loved working with Mike. Gave us great ideas and was a total professional.
