Best experience of my like. Installation looks like something like Michaelangelo might do.Every detail of our new boiler installation was done with care and precision. It is so neat that I had to show my friends. Truly first class.
I highly recommend Baystate Fuel Oil to anyone for great service. They have real professional people working for them.

I don't understand the reviews I have read here. I have been with Bay State Fuel for 20+ years and always have excellent service even after hours. Their Techs are always polite and do a great job.

We are switching after being customers for years. They refused to deliver us oil because we had too many emergency deliveries. On what planet does that make sense? It's an old tank and we had two of the coldest winters I can remember, so yes, we ran out more than we would have liked...but to refuse service? So my elderly mother and young children can freeze until Monday? No thanks! You lost my business.

Let me put it this way, I called to buy some Oil i not a regular customer , Told there answering service i wish some Oil Delivered im paying with Credit Card, Tech called back say Mr. Otero your not a regular Customer there's a $75.00 fee for delivery because your not a regular customer and 100gal will come up to $387.00 paid up front this a worst customer service ever . I just ask for a delivery but i see all these company is all about if your not a regular customer they will rip your pockets.
