Our furnace failed one cold night at 1:00 am, and they came out to fix it. We also bought a new furnace from them and it has worked great. By far the best price for a great furnace. Highly recommended!!!!

My furnace had trouble starting, so I called the name that was on the furnace when I bought the house. It was Jim Collins in West Seneca. Not only did he arrive after the time he said he would, I was told between 1 & 4 and he was here just after 5PM, he literally spent 3 minutes in my basement, came up the stairs shaking his head, and with a sad voice told me I needed a new furnace. He then proceeded to quote me over $2600 for a 75,000 BTU unit. Of course I wanted a second opinion, so I called Vastola. Vastola arrived on time, spent over 15 minutes REALLY looking at everything on my furnace, and told me the only thing truly wrong with the furnace was that my flame sensor was dirty. He proceeded to clean it, and tell me that if the problem happened again, I would probably need a new smart valve. The cost was just under $100 to repair my furnace with Vastola, not $2,600 for a new system. I would not recommend Jim Collins Heating or Cooling to anyone. Jim Collins was here on Thursday, November 19th. Vastola on Friday, November 20th.
