Property owners beware of using this company (unless you want to go to jail)!
My car was illegally towed and damaged by J & B towing of Sacramento, CA. J & B did not have authorization from the owner/proper manager to tow my vehicle nor grounds for removal of my vehicle from the abandoned Wishing Well property at 1880 9th Street in Sacramento, California. No law enforcement agency was ever notified (also required by law). This company is in direct violation of California Vehicle Code 22658. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

* * WATCH OUT * * for these scam artists... They illegaly tow cars, charge enormous amounts of money, demand cash only and are NOT contracted to tow from the places they tow from... The owner is a scammer and a thief! Watch out!

the driver was an excellent help and change my tire in no time, not to mention he didn't charge me:)

I had issues with my vehicle and I called and spoke with an owner (who helps to employ locals that benefit from a second chance) and they took care of me above what I needed both times. I also have seen them help people in need and get them started again. Good peeps!
