Several years ago I took my coo coo clock to Bennisson Clock Services. The clock worked beautifully after the repair and the price was reasonable ... not cheap but for the knowledge and high quality of work being done, I was very pleased. Now, I have another coo coo clock that needs restoring and I was looking for this service ... the location has changed, and thank goodness, I have found it. I have full confidence in this business.

I took my watch in because it had condensation on the face. Howard took it all apart piece by piece and explained to me exactly what he was doing and what the problem was. He was incredibly nice and trustworthy. Although he was unable to fix my problem because he cannot get the part I need, he didn't charge me for the evaluation. I will never take my watches anywhere else!

Excellent place for servicing watches and clocks. Had a great experience, brought in my watch , they took care of it right then and there, very professional and price is very reasonable. I highly recommend using Bennisson Watch & Clock Services. Howard and Gustavo are very professional and courteous. Will use again , thanks for a great service.

Excellent service. Very quick change of my watch battery. He had the battery in stock and was very knowledge. Will use again for any watch/clock repair needs.
