Stay away! I made a very reasonable offer on a 2001 Audi they had. Kelly Blue Book said the car had a PERFECT value of $4850.They wanted $5995 for it car wasn't perfect so I offered $1200. They started yelling at me in some language i didn't understand. finally a guy who spoke English told me that they were mad because I drove 6 cars over 3 hours then made a stupid offer. I told him that when I was selling cars, people from their part of the world did that all the time to me, so I thought that was how they did things. Waste guys time for 3 hours, make a stupid offer, then leave.

WIll Dancer, a salesman from Patel Auto World, LLC is a crook. Please file a complaint with the department of state to get their licensing, registration and or certification to be revoked. Let me start off by saying that if I could give a zero star rating, I would. I purchased a car from Patel's before reading other the reviews online. I now wish I had, because the average rating is one star and like so many people before me, I have had the same issues. I purchased a car from Patel's and two weeks later and was having significant issues with the car (issues you should not have with a car that comes with a safety inspection) everything was now "MY" issue. I can either pay them to fix or I could fix it on my own. Unless you take the car to a mechanic for a serious inspection first, I would NOT BUY anything from these people. I bought what I thought was going to be a good used car and turned out spending another 1000.00 to have the brakes, two tires and a electrial component repaired. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. Please do yourself a favor, avoid this place!

Bought a car from Patel's and just like the other buyers said, they come across honest but you end up finding out right after buying that they have only fixed the minimum for it to pass safety. When things break (and they will) shortly after buying it, you will end up going back and they will say oops sorry, you bought it AS IS. They kept resetting the Check engine light which ended costing me 500.00 dollars to repair. All they said was "sorry you were not happy with your experience at Patel's." They are looking for the money by trying to sell patch up junkers. Beware before buying there.

Don't buy from them they come across as very honest and their cars seem like a very good buy. As the last person said after a few days the cars break down and you're responsible for repairs. Also make sure you know how the pays are to be made b/c they will stick you on that as well. All while staying within legal guidelines so you can't sue. I suggest Carvision. My son had to learn the hard way.

Don't buy here. They are not above deceptive practices to conceal significant defects. Odd because they seem to do some things well but then do fundamentally dishonest things at the same time.

Buyer Beware!! Bought a car last month at Patel's and it was a very disappointing experience. Seems like Patel's sells you a car and then it breaks down a few days later and getting them to fix it is quite a hassle or they will just refuse. Beware lemons do not make lemonade there, they are just refurbished cars with the minimal amount to pass safety and then it will be your problem. Shady dealership.
