I was moving locally and was quoted a price of $93 per hour via email and by phone.However when the movers had my thing s on the truck they had $109 per hour on the contract. I called the main office and they said they would not honor the quoted price,but would give me a discounted price of 99 per hour. They made a mistake I didn't. They show up with 3 people who two of them spent a lot of time standing around talking instead of moving my things. They scratche and scraped my leather furniture and broke my pole lamp. I could not believe these people.

we moved out of a townhouse and when my husband called the lady was nice but it was all down hill after that. They were to pack and move us from Pa to New York.First they show up with 3 people and the littlest truck I ever seen.Thank God I packed most of the basement.They had to call for more workers and another truck and wanted to charge me because they didn't know what they were doing.I even started packing the closets in the bedrooms because I could tell they weren't going to get done.Then to top it off they bought the second truck up two days later with only two men.I gave them a tip of $300. and they told the boss I didn't give them a tip so they didn't give any to the men from 2 days before and got more money from the boss.They broke and damaged alot of my furniture and necklaces and gave peanuts even though I had the insurance.I can't even fix the items the destroyed with what they gave me.
