Provided by YP.comWe had no problem with the quality of the work BUT they held up other work due to their slow work, didn't show up when promised offering multiple excuses but poor professionalism. When you give a date and don't show until 10 days later, that is not good business.

Provided by YP.comTeresa has the NASTIEST attitude. She looks at people of color as if they are covered with manure and she will not treat you professionally, if she does work for you. She will not complete her job and she will LIE about it !!!!!!!!!!!
And, she is ALWAYS right by her standards. Do not deal with her !!!!!!!!!!!

The person who wrote this review had a defected bag of grout installed that turned the wrong color. To help resolve the situation, I personally dug and scraped the bad grout from between the tile. Our installers then immediately grouted it with new grout. In contacting the manufacturer of the grout, they said it was caused from too much mineral in the water or too much lime in the concrete. The grout was then sealed with a stone enhanced sealer at no cost to the customer, some people just can't be pleased.
